Digital Transparency & System Audits

Property Tax Self-Assessment (2022)

Sravan demonstrated that the GHMC property tax self-assessment portal could be manipulated by generating assessments using fabricated information. GHMC later acknowledged the loophole and blocked the entries after verification.

Trade Licence System (2024)

He similarly highlighted weaknesses in the GHMC online trade licence process by showing that licences could be issued using invalid documents before field verification. GHMC subsequently clarified its verification process and blocked the test application.
